BCW in Action Launches Powerful Anti-Racism Toolkit: A Catalyst for Change

In a world that strives for diversity, inclusion, and equity, organizations like BCW in Action (Black Canadian Women in Action) are taking proactive steps to address and eradicate racism. On the 24th of November, 2023, BCW in Action is set to launch its highly anticipated Anti-Racism Toolkit, a comprehensive resource designed to empower individuals, businesses, schools, and organizations in the fight against various forms of bias and racism.

Empowering Change Through Knowledge and Action

The BCW in Action Anti-Racism Toolkit is not just another set of guidelines; it's a dynamic, user-friendly resource crafted in collaboration with experts and academics in Canada. This toolkit equips users with the essential knowledge, tools, and strategies needed to address and eradicate racism in diverse spaces.

During the launch event at The Orange Hub in Edmonton, attendees will get an in-depth look at the key features of the toolkit. Covering a wide range of topics, the toolkit promises to be a valuable asset for anyone committed to creating inclusive environments and dismantling systemic racism.

A Commitment to a Better Canada

Terri Ann Dufeal, Community Manager at BCW in Action, expressed the organization's commitment to creating a world where racism, even systemic racism, has no place in Canada. Dufeal emphasized that the Anti-Racism Toolkit is a tangible manifestation of this commitment. The goal is to empower individuals, businesses, schools, and organizations—both public and private—with the knowledge and tools necessary to tackle various forms of bias and racism.
